Description

You may be asking yourself, "What on earth inspired you to make that thing?" My response would be, "a plate of sushi (see source image link) and lyrics from 'The Dead of Night,' by Depeche Mode." The head shape is from istockphoto.com. The eyes were removed and replaced with a dead fish eye and a woman's eye. Sushi parts were brushed into the head. The entire body below the head was lovingly made with sushi.

You don't exist! Just great! The way you take things and transform them is just amazing! This is a bit creepy! But I like creepy!

you did a good job on getting a sort of bruised, raw decayed texture on this.

HAHAH!!! I love the description. Really cool sushi monster doll thing! It's great to have such creative and gory artworks around here!

Very creepy and interesting. Would work more on the composition and contrast though.

purplerose: I agree with your contrast comment. I've made a few improvements. My objective is to make it a bit murky. As for composition I am happy with the placement of the parasite and it's twisted body shape.

image's great. just read that description without looking at the image or copy-paste it somewhere else and read without thinking that's an explanation how an image done. that's what i call creepy.

this part especially:
"The eyes were removed and replaced with a dead fish eye and a woman's eye. Sushi parts were "brushed into the head". The entire body below the head was lovingly made with sushi."

So interesting that any composition issues can almost be overlooked.
